Clearhead is invoiced for EAP referrals, whilst private clients are invoiced directly. EAP referrals also come with a 10% referral fee for each booking, while there is no fee for private clients.

How distinguish EAP referrals from private clients:


1. Go to your Provider Portal, and select Bookings on the left


2. Find the booking you are after. If they are an EAP (Funded) client you will see EAP (Funded) in green at the bottom of the booking card. If it is Private (Public) booking you will see Public (Payment to be arranged) in pale blue at the bottom of the booking card.
