What is your cancellation policy for Public (Self-Funded) sessions?

If the booking has been accepted and the client cancels the session 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, we will refund them the full amount of the session minus a 5% processing fee. If the booking has not been accepted and the client cancels the session 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, we will refund them the full held amount. 

If they cancel the session within 24 hours of the appointment time our cancellation policy will apply, and you are able to charge the full session cost at your discretion.
