Clients are told that they can cancel their appointment; however, please note for EAP and Public Bookings where payment is faciliated through us, the Clearhead cancellation policy states:
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the therapist reserves the right to charge for the session/use an EAP allocation.
If the therapist chooses not to charge, the session allocation/funds will be returned to the client.
If a client cancels with more than 24 hours’ notice, the session allocation/funds will automatically be returned.
Our cancellation policy is also communicated to our users here.
