How to Reset your Password

1. To reset your password, head to provider.myclearhead.com.
2. Click on 'Sign in' on the top right hand side of the webpage.
3. Click 'Forgot Password'
   
4. Enter your email and click 'Submit'
   
5. Check your email (including spam) for the password reset email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
6. Login with your new password.
