What does encrypted data mean?

Modified on Fri, 22 Dec, 2023 at 2:06 PM

Encrypted data means that all your data is stored in a way that is not accessible to the public, or anyone else, without the decryption key. It applies to your private contact information, for example.

Clearhead encrypts this type of data in our servers, which means that it would remain protected in the event of a security breach such as a hack.

Clearhead's website is also encrypted, which you can see is represented by the padlock to the left of the browser address bar. This means there is a secure connection between the website and your personal device, and all communication such as your username and password is protected from third parties.
