Clearhead will not be processing session extensions after end of day on the 19th December 2025 until the new year.
This is because most businesses close down over the Christmas period, and HR who vet these requests are on leave. Additionally, there would also be limited time to complete extra sessions, if granted. Finally, clients' allocations reset as of the first of January so there is a fresh allocation of sessions to use shortly in the new year.
Therefore, if we receive any requests after this time until the new year, we will instead instruct you to have the client book in with you again in the new year, which will refresh their allocation. Again, please note only the client is able to refresh their allocation in the new year by booking with you again. You will not see sessions automatically available unless the client instigates the booking.
