No, at this stage the Clearhead platform does not have the capability to facilitate online video therapy through the portal as its main function is to track client EAP allocation and generate invoices.
Therapists are encouraged to use their own video calling software (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets) for their online sessions.
We recommend therapists send the video link directly to clients as soon as they can after the booking has been confirmed for the client's peace of mind.
