Why should I integrate my Clearhead calendar to Clearhead?

Syncing your calendar to Clearhead will mean that only your real-time availability is available for clients to book appointments.

Benefits include:

1. Avoiding clashes and significantly reducing time spent re-scheduling and contacting clients to rebook.
2. Reducing the time spent manually entering your availability into your Clearhead calendar.
3. Clients won't be able to book appointments for times that you don't actually have available.
4. You'll have one source of truth, with one calendar that has all of your appointments. 
5. Therapists that have their calendar synced can receive more referals, as clients prefer to select a date and time when booking rather than a therapist available on request.
   
   

How do I integrate my calendar with Clearhead?

You can set up online booking with any type of digital calendar from your provider portal.

1. In the left-hand navigation panel, select Profile Information.
2. Under your profile picture, click Calendar Integrations.
3. Select the type of calendar you use: Google, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud, Zanda (Power Diary), Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal, Coreplus, Splose, Jane App, Setmore, Fresha, Timely, Front Desk, PracSuite, Acuity Scheduling, Owl Practice, Square Appointments, Carepatron and Better Clinics.
   

4. Follow the steps provided, unique to each calendar integration to set it up. 

Please note: While certain calendars allow you to hide or show event titles within Clearhead, your calendar information will never be visible to the public. Clients can only see the times where you're available for bookings.

How to connect another calendar

When you are in Calendar Integrations, select 'Connect another calendar' in the top right handside of the screen. This will repeat the process above for adding a calendar.

 
If you are successful you will see both calendars appear on the Calendar Integration screen.

To delete your calendar: 

1. Select Remove.

2. Select Confirm.
