Why does Clearhead request access to my calendar when I enable calendar integration?

Modified on Fri, 22 Dec, 2023 at 2:06 PM

Clearhead requires access to a few properties in your calendar like event names and times in order to communicate clashes if they occur. For example, if you are integrating your Clearhead calendar and have a client booking at the same time as another engagement.

If you like, you can hide the names of events in other calendars through the Calendar Integrations tab in the provider portal. Clearhead can also push appointments to your own calendar if you prefer to keep all your bookings in one place.

Another reason Clearhead needs your calendar details is to accurately display your availability to current and potential clients. We do not store any of your personal calendar information on our system.
