All data in the Clearhead system is protected to industry best practice standards, including access controls and data encryption.
The data you see in your provider portal is not accessible to anyone else. In some cases, Clearhead support staff may require access in order to resolve problems or provide support. These staff members are New Zealand based, go through regular privacy training and are audited for data security.
