What does Clearhead's EAP service look like?

Clearhead has the equivalent of an EAP programme that supports employee mental health and wellbeing outcomes. It's called Clearhead for Business.

Clearhead partners with organisations to provide their people with funded therapy options. This includes universities, insurance companies and employers of all shapes and sizes. As a provider, you don’t need to be a member of an external EAP programme to provide EAP services for Clearhead clients.

Clients get a set number of pre-approved sessions to utilise. The exact number of funded appointments they are eligible for depends on the agreement with their employer, however, it is possible to arrange extra sessions if needed.

Therapists will be told how many funded sessions the client is able to use in the invoicing instructions that are emailed at the initial booking.
