Some of our EAP clients have set price limits which apply to each therapy session.
Generally your profile won't be searchable for the client if your service prices exceed this limit, however there are still ways for a user to make a direct booking if they wish.
If a person has booked a session with you and a price limit applies you will be notified in your portal before you confirm the appointment:
If you agree to the appointment, your invoice will be capped at this amount.
$350 Price Cap for All Services
After feedback from our clients we have recently implemented a price limit across all services of $350 excl. GST.
If you have a session type above $350 excl. GST, please note this will only be able to be invoiced at $350 excl. GST and is automatically capped.
Please note this does not apply to public bookings.
