What are Clearhead's fees?
It's free to join Clearhead as a provider, and create a public profile on our network.
We charge a 10% fee on each session.
Why is the current session number wrong for my client?
The potential reasons why the session number might be wrong on bookings / invoices could be due to a number of reasons:
- The client may have utilised other Clearhead services in between appointments with you.
- There maybe an error in how we configured this account.
It’s best to reach out to our support team to clarify this by emailing therapist-support@myclearhead.com with details of the client & appointment that you believe to be wrong.
