What are Clearhead's fees?


It's free to join Clearhead as a provider, and create a public profile on our network.

We charge a 10% fee on each session.


Why is the current session number wrong for my client?


The potential reasons why the session number might be wrong on bookings / invoices could be due to a number of reasons:


  1. The client may have utilised other Clearhead services in between appointments with you.
  2. There maybe an error in how we configured this account.

It’s best to reach out to our support team to clarify this by emailing therapist-support@myclearhead.com with details of the client & appointment that you believe to be wrong.
