Therapy Support Process After Session Cancellation

When a session is cancelled, our Therapy Support Team proactively follows up with both clients and providers by phone and email depending on the cancellation reason. The goal is to help clients quickly rebook their appointments and maintain continuity of care. At the same time, we support providers by addressing any technical issues that may have contributed to the cancellation, such as calendar syncing errors or platform functionality problems.

Our Therapy Support Team is here to make the process easier for everyone. They guide clients through rebooking, answer questions about using the Clearhead platform, and provide assistance to providers who need help with system features or troubleshooting technical issues. By offering this additional layer of support, we aim to reduce missed or cancelled sessions and ease the administrative burden for both clients and providers.
