Confirming attendance of a confirmed appointment before the first session

Modified on Thu, 30 Apr at 3:50 PM

While clients are emailed when you confirm an appointment, for new referrals, it’s important that you reach out personally via their contact details to confirm appointment date, time and location or online link, which you can find by clicking on their referral card or in the Clients menu.

Ensure you have received confirmation from the client after your initial outreach. If you have not heard back, follow up using an alternative communication method. For example, if you first emailed the client, try sending a text message or making a phone call.

This minimises the risk of no shows.
