No, a client booking is not automatically confirmed. All booking requests are pending until you have reviewed them in your provider portal.
When a client books an appointment through Clearhead with you, you will receive an automatic email asking you to confirm the booking. You will need to log in to your provider portal and confirm, decline or edit the appointment by navigating to Bookings > New Referrals.
Once you have confirmed the appointment in your portal the client will receive an automatic email alerting them that the appointment has been confirmed and the booking will move to Confirmed status.
