How do I cancel an appointment

  1. Click on Clearhead Appointment Calendar on the left hand side bar. 
    Find the user's appointment and click it.


    Alternatively, find the booking under Bookings on the left hand side bar and click the booking card or View Details.


  2. A pop-up box with appointment details will show up.

  3. Click Cancel Appointment.


  4. Confirm who initiated the cancellation.  

     
  5. Select a reason for cancellation, for Therapists the options are:
    I need to reschedule
    I'm not accepting new clients
    I'm not the right fit
    Session request does not fit my pricing
    Other


    If you select reason "I need to reschedule", please get in touch with the client to provide alternative times.

    If you select the reason "Other", please type the specific cancellation reason in the box provided. The reason you give will be sent to the client.
