- Click on Clearhead Appointment Calendar on the left hand side bar
- Find the user's appointment and click it
- A pop-up box with appointment details will show up
- Click Cancel Appointment.
- Select a reason for cancellation, the options are the following:
Need to reschedule
Not accepting new clients
I'm not the right fit
Therapy fee limit too low
Other - If you select the reason "Other", please type in the box provided the specific cancellation reason
- If you select reason "Need to reschedule", please get in touch with the client to provide alternative times

You can also reject an appointment from the Bookings screen:
Find the booking under the 'Confirmed' tabClick on the booking card (click on the whitespace), this brings up the Appointment Details.
Then repeat Steps 3 - 6 above to cancel the appointment.
