We currently do not have a case closed / discharge feature on the provider portal.
This is because clients may choose to re-engage with you in the future. This is especially true in the case of our EAP clients whose therapy entitlement resets annually, or per issue (depending on their company settings).
If you did wish to archive cases you believe are closed/completed, you are able to delete the client's record from the Clients tab in the provider portal. If they do book with you again this record will be re-created.
