Clearhead Online Self-Help Resources

Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 4:43 PM

Clearhead has online resources accessible for our EAP Clients. A limited version of these resources is available to the general public.

Employees can log on through the employer portal to access a range of resources including educational material on a range of mental health and wellbeing topics and webinar presentations from experts in different areas.  Resources include blogs, videos and podcasts. There are interactive tools. They can be guided to practice things like diaphragmatic breathing, muscle relaxation, and mindfulness.

The online resources are all developed and overseen by Product Manager and Clinical Psychologist, Sam O’Sullivan.

These resources can support the work you do in your therapy sessions with Clearhead clients.

Features include:

Mood tracking – Your clients can track their moods and show you summaries of their associated “activities”, which includes thoughts and behaviours.

Tools and resources – Your clients can engage in psychoeducation and receive guidance to practice diaphragmatic breathing, muscle relaxation, and mindfulness.

In addition to our interactive tools, we have an extensive library of wellbeing related webinars, videos, podcasts, and blogs:

Chatbot wellbeing assistant – our chatbot suggests self-help resources in our library based on your client’s needs, and supports people to apply our coping tools to different scenarios
